If you are not satisfied with our devices or network services for any reason, you may cancel your order prior to your departure, and receive a full refund of your rental fees. Just request the refund and ship the iPhone/SIM back to us. No hassles, no delays, and no questions asked!

After your departure, if you are not satisfied with our cellular services, you may cancel your connection and receive a pro-rated refund for any time (days) remaining till your return.

All cancellation and refund requests must be made by the credit card holder for the order, and shall be effective upon receipt by iPhoneTrip.com. You must request the refund by email, fax or sms -

We will not refund shipment costs, 10% processing fees and voice roaming costs.
Refunds do not apply to cellular services that have been closed for violating our Terms & Conditions.
